Cannot withdraw my money! :(

Hello. I need help with withdrawing money. When i tried withdrawing money, fill the amount and complete the transaction with sms code filled. After confirmation it does not send money and it transfers me back to how much money I want to withdraw. Does anybody know what the problem is? Can you help me pleas?

Are the funds all in the correct currency?

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Are you withdrawing to a card or bank account?

Is the bank name the same as your paypal name?

Is the billing address of any card the same as your paypal account address?

Thank you! I already resolved the problém by downloading mobilu app. Withdraw was successful from there.

What did u do? i  installed the app and do it but nothing happened, i  even download the older versions of paypal app but still didnt work
