Cannot find Preapproved Payment

After linking my paypal account to my gcash account, I received an email from paypal that says: Log in to your paypal account and go to preapproved payment and click G-exchange blahblah... I have been looking for preapproved payment to my paypal app or even on browser but I cannot find it. I cannot transfer money from paypal to my gcash account. Anyone can help me? The main question is: How can I find preapproved payment?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

So this is what I got so far, did try my best looking for the preapproved payments plan with G-xchange with paypal on the browser. Somehow still nothing is showing despite I got an email approval on my gmail waiting to be approved. Got any idea? really need help with this one.
