Can the paypal-donation-fees actual be higher than the donation itself and therefore COST me money?

The title pretty much sums it up. Paypal says it will take a 0.30 cent fee per every donation plus a few percent of the actual donation. But what if someone just donates 0.10 cent? ... Will Paypal then bill me for the rest of the flat fee or will a donation like this simply be rejected? I dont expect to get much from my donation button but it would be moronic if it would end up costing me money.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @ANB_Seth,
That's a great question. There's a minimum of 1 USD on all PayPal payments meaning someone can't send less than 1 dollar.
