Can't withdraw.

My PayPal account got mysteriously locked back in June, for seemingly no reason. I dealt with it, but I had £500 in there. I've been emailed, notifying me I am able to withdraw through my bank account. However, they removed my payment methods when they locked my account, and I can't add a payment method to withdraw, due to my account being locked. I've tried to contact them, but I have yet got a response, and it's been around a week. Wondered if anyone could put in a word with someone at PayPal, or tell me the quickest way to contact them if possible.

Thanks in advance 🙂

They don't want information on limitations, they have been told that they are eligible to withdraw funds and want to know how to do so.

You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.

So your best option is to contact customer services and ask them to link a bank account or card for you.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
