Can't withdraw money (using same card)

Can't "Transfer money" (withdraw) at all. Even though I have a linked card that I've used a lot, it asks me to link a card and if I link this card again it says that it's successful but then everything repeats. Tried both pc and my phone.
(I don't have a US bank so I can't try that)
("Instant transfer instead" button redirects me to the same page)

I've got an answer from an agent in Message Center, in short:
"This has already been reported with our engineering team and I have added your account to the list of people impacted by this"

I have the same issue! I’ve been using same card for over a year. Tried to withdraw today and it says “your visa credit …. Isn’t eligible for instant transfers”. Any idea when this will be fixed?

When I called, they said they can’t tell us the time. I say everyone needs to keep calling to make them work and fix this issue…

I’m also using Georgian PayPal. TBC said no issues. I called PayPal and they said their technical team is on it but they can’t tell me the time… I’m so annoyed..

I am from Georgia too and have exactly the same problem. When are you going to fix this PayPal? And Why this happens in Georgia???
