Can’t transfer to bank acc

iPad. Transfer funds to bank account keeps coming back as refunded. Have confirmed my identity. Any suggestions?

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?
Have you tried another browser / cleared your history/cache?
Have you tried withdrawing to the app?

I have called the bank and there is no problem on their end, but they have not even received the transfers, however the account t recieved PayPal’s small deposits to confirm account.

Are the funds in your countries currency? NO. USA DOLLARS. IM AUSTRALIA 

Same name. Same address. Haven’t tied another browser. Have tried withdrawing to app.

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency ie AUD.

So you would need to convert them to AUD first OR if you have the option to withdraw to a card in your country then make sure your card is enabled to accept USD.

Thank you for your reply. So my question now is how do I convert to local currency first? How do I convert US dollars in my PayPal account o AUS DOLLARS so I can make a transfer to my bank account? Cheers Grant
