Can't see confirm order button

See the image attached. The person who sent me money is telling me she can't see the confirm order/receipt button. Why???

I saw on the help section that when the sender confirm the order, the money will get cleared. IMG-20220626-WA0003.jpg

I understand you would like some help and information on PayPal holds. 

 

If there aren’t any issues with your transaction or account, the payment will typically be available to you within 21 days after receipt. To get your payments released sooner, use trackable delivery with any of our approved delivery companies and enter the tracking details on your Activities page. We’ll usually release your payment 1 day after delivery is confirmed. If your buyer confirms they've received the item, your payment will be released immediately. You mentioned you are asking your buyer to confirm receipt of the item or service. This option generally appears after 48 hours. However, sometimes this is not an option that will show I am afraid. If this is the case, you will either need to wait 21 days or provide your proof of fulfilment.
