Can't receive money

I can't receive money from my PayPal account

I have the same problem. Sold something on the 4th of this month. I shipped it the 5th and they received it the 6th. I entered the shipping tracking number as they requested to supposedly get the money within a day of proof of the item being received and funds are still on hold until sometime the week of the 23rd. You can't talk to anyone or email for that matter. Why would anyone use this service. I will cancel this crap account if I ever receive my funds. What a joke. Venmo for me from now on.
