I can't be understanding this bit of the July 28, 2022 policy update correctly. Can someone please define for me what this phrase means? "U.S. PayPal accounts will be unable to send personal transactions to U.S. business accounts". What is a "personal transaction"? To me that sounds like using one's PayPal account to pay for stuff from a business. That can't be right, so I'm confused. Help, please!

It means friends/family ie personal payments (gift payments).
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
