Can I have a payment received back in my e-mail to accept it from my other account?

Hello I have a problem, I received a payment by email, I opened it and accepted it, but by mistake I opened a USA account that i can´t use, because I´m not American citizen. I don´t have a SSN.

I can't activate the wallet balance to be able to use the money, the money is on hold. In the summary I have a message that says "Money is waiting for you - Accept the money"

I have another account from my country that I have already used.  Can I return the money to the email and then accept it with my other account? or is there any way to transfer it to the other account?

You won't be able to send or withdraw those funds.

Your best bet is to get the sender of the funds to check their paypal account, if its showing as unclaimed then it should time out 30 days after sending and go back to them.

However if its showing as completed the best thing would be for them to open a dispute for non receipt of item which you do not challenge so that they get their funds back and then send it to a new paypal account opened in the correct country?
