Blocking e-cheques

I can't block e-cheque's as a form of payment - do I have to upgrade to a business account? I have been advised to do this by Twickets, in the event I sell my advertised tickets and then the buyer tries to use e-cheque. I don't particularly want to change to a business account as I'm not a business owner and rarely sell tickets through this site

Click on settings next to log out > seller tools in the pale blue band > getting paid > payment receiving preferences > update > block following payments > echeque.

I don’t have the option of payment preferences in the getting paid section, only invoices

That's odd because I have a U.K. personal account and have invoices / payment receiving preferences and pre approved payments.

If you haven't got that option then best check with customer services?
