Currently im working for an ISP provider and we bought a public ipv4 range, but this was located in another continent, we made all the transactions requerired to make the move to our Internet Regitry that is LACNIC, but our customer who me provider internet services get the error 403 for paypal domain, i would like to know with whom i can address this issue and a follow up.
