Beatstars doesn't get my pay

I bought a beat in Beatstars with my card and PayPal, and Paypal took the money, it tried to collect more than it was and it says that the transaction is pending, what can I do? I paid 24,99 dollars in Colombian pesos translated by Paypal, but I have nothing in my account, I don't have the beat license and my Paypal says that I never made any transaction.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent purchase from Beatstars. Have you reached out to the merchant to confirm they see an order? If they don't, and you've received an email from PayPal stating you've completed your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They can guide you through what options are available to open a dispute on the transaction. 

if you haven't received any confirmation from PayPal, and the merchant doesn't have any confirmation either, it's possible the transaction did not complete.
