I did a transfer to my bank 2 days ago and my paypal account balance turned 0, as expected. But today I got my balance back to my paypal (not my bank) and when I check my activity it says 'refunded'. But it also says 'your transfer is on its way' which is really confusing. So which is it? I have contacted my bank and they say nothing's wrong..
