I don't have any limits on my account. Recently a buyer tried to claim unauthorized transactions, my balance was in the negative, but I won all disputes/cases and now I need to withdraw my balance to one of my linked cards (as I always do), but it's not working. When I press next after choosing the amount of money to withdraw, it doesn't work. Please help!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you for replying. I can't seem to contact customer services which is very frustrating (no available info on the website whether I click help or Contact Customer Service). I'll contact them on Facebook and see what happens.
