Automatic unwanted currency conversion on withdrawal

I'm withdrawing funds to the card with the same currency as my paypal funds. Though the currency is different from the money of the bank country. Paypal tries to convert it to the default country currency. How to avoid it?

Same thing! Paypal says it's a technical issue and is looking into it

I had such situation before, i contacted technical support, and they reassigned the currency of the card. But now i can't contact them as they request to specify the transaction to start issue report. Though i haven't made the transaction yet.

The same thing. And support tried to convince me that this is somehow connected with my country regulations, bank rules, etc.
