Automatic transfers from bank to PayPal

Is there a way to automatically have PayPal take from your bank account and put into the PayPal account every few weeks? So I do not have to go into the app to set up a transfer everytime.

Sadly not, however you don't need to upload funds into your balance all the while to pay someone.

Paypal will take automatically from any linked/confirmed bank account or card.
