Thank you for posting. It looks like you are referring to setting up automatic payments to Shopify through PayPal. If yes, and the status of it is Pending, you can contact Shopify if they have anything to do in completion of process. If not, please contact PayPal support to see if the account has any issues in setting up an automatic payment.
