Automatic Balance transfer Didn't happen and it's the first of the Month

Paypal Support told me that my current balance will be automatically transferred to my account on the first of the month , right now its the first of the month the balance is not transferred yet and i've checked and automatic transfers are turned on

In general it arrives around 12 till 1 p.m Egypt time, but this month is late

I tried contacting them but the bot keeps saying there's no available representatives

Well I guess they are having issues with the Egyptian level Automatic Transfer for the transactions. I'd wait till they response to this thread and if I didn't get an answer here I'll just withdraw my money by placing an order (not ideal and I doubt that it will even work) or maybe the CBE announced something that isn't letting us to withdraw money although USD gets exchanged to EGP.
