So I login to paypal today, and freak out shows my balance is empty i had about 43e a while there was trying to send it to one of my debit cards if i could ever figure it out, anyway i go to transactions i see THIS (posted bellow) now it wasnt canceled it was pending but even tho it was my email i simply freaked and canceled thinking its the money from my balance so its going somewhere? yeah im not terribly experienced with paypal mainly use it to send money between me and my brother for most part. when he is working abroad

So did i mess up by cancelling? will i get htat money back? i tried going through contact paypal that runs me in circles providing no insight or answer im hoping people here will be more helpful... I would contact PayPal directly but im not from UK, USA... Any one got any ideas on this or how i can actually contact someone who can help explain situation?
