Add a PayPal payment

So I was using PayPal to pay someone back but when I place the card it said either this card cannot be used to this transaction, please add a payment method eventhough I already did, Or please add your info l. Please help me out

I am sorry to hear you are having issues making your payment with your card. I know this must be frustarting. 

I would suggest you check if your card is confirmed. When a card is unconfirmed, it sometimes cannot be used for a transaction until the confirmation is completed. Please follow the steps here to confirm your card.

Once you have completed this, please try making your payment again.
