Activity shows "Paid" but wallet balance doesn't reflect payment

Hello all,

I hope someone can assist.  I created a business account to accept a transfer which was paid by my customer on the 16th February.
It's now the 1st March and the payment still shows as "Paid" on my activity window, but my wallet balance still shows $0.00.

My email was not verified at the time of transfer, but I've verified this 48hours ago.

Any idea on a way forward?

If the activity says paid, and your email address where the payment was sent to is already confirmed, then the payment should be on hold if its not yet on your available pp balance. You might want to check as well the currency of the payor.

If you had not confirmed your email address when the sender sent the funds then they may have shown as unclaimed on the senders side and they may have had a cancel option, so check that did not happen first.

 

Secondly if they paid in USD have you added USD as a receiving currency on your SA paypal account?
