Hello, im from Vietnam and i just recently created and use my paypal account, i don't have a visa credit card account so i decided to link my bank account instead which is in my country, i however while linking the account, instead of using the bank account number i instead used my credit card account number instead..., my country's bank [HD-BANK] must has 15 digits but my cards only have 12 digits means that after a certain amount of time, my paypal transfered to that false linked bank account should return the bank account doesn't exist right ? even if it were to go through it still wouldn't work because whatever that's sent through isn't even similar to my name on my paypal account right ? if paypal were to detect the linked bank account doesn't exist nor is it close to my name would my money be returned to my paypal ? if so how long until i can get my money back ? thanks in advance.

If the information is wrong, the transfer should eventually bounce back to your PayPal account and a return fee may apply. If it has been more than 14 working days since you requested your withdrawal without money returning, PayPal can help you track it.

Or contact customer services asking them to trace it for you:

https://www.paypal.com/vn/smarthelp/contact-us

Click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.

Or reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
