A payment to us is in pending state since 29th of September (More than a month)

Hey everyone, one of the payments to me is pending since more than month. I've tried contacting support but they basically tell me to just keep waiting. From what I know the holding period is 21 days. Does anyone have some idea?

Pending transactions time out at 30 days.

On hold transactions normally 21 days.


Advice is voluntary.

It has been more than 30 days. I have tried opening a ticket in the resolution center, there It throws an error that 

 

We're sorry, it looks like something went wrong on our end.

Please try reporting the transaction again.

 

The support isn't helping either, their solution is to just keep waiting.

@grocera, welcome and thank you for that follow-up info.  I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction has been on hold for longer than you've anticipated. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to check the status of that transaction.
