This isn't really a question, more of an answer to a question that PayPal should have asked me. Today I received a message from PayPal suggesting that I should "add PayPal back to your site". The reason I changed from PayPal to a different payment processor after nearly 20 years is because PayPal started to charge me 3% to transfer money I receive in USD to my USD bank account in a US bank. The alternative is to suffer PayPal's exchange rate to my local currency, which coincidentally is around 3% worse than I can get elsewhere. Either way, this 3% amounts to well over $1000 a year for me. So, PayPal if you're listening, if you remove the 3% charge, I may come back. If you don't, then you won't be getting any business from me. I'd love to hear other people's perspectives on this.
