Phishing Attempt: "Your Credit Card has been Removed"

I'm shaking my head that this almost got me.  I'm a computer saavy guy.   I sat down at my desk at work and saw an email come in from Paypal saying they'd removed my credit card giving several reasons.

I thought maybe I had an old card that expired but grumbling fiercely that Paypal didn't have the courtesy in the email to tell me the reason and give a hint as to which card I logged in and complained to myself even more fiercely that my login took me directly to an "add card page"...I mean seriously...does Paypal want my CC so badly that they won't even give me a main menu....hey!  wadeaminnute!!!

Ohhhh crap!    So yeah, logged into the real pay pal (the one with the https and the right logo on the url bar) and changed  my password.

Note to self: "No email before coffee"

I reported both login and landing as web forgeries
