Why is Paypal withdrawing its participation in the UK Financial Ombudsman Service? How will that effect our protection? If you have a complaint you will no longer be able to raise it with the UK Ombudsman. Instead you have to deal with Luxembourg.
Paypal only has a Temporary approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority to operate in the UK. Shouldn't that approval be dependent upon them participating in the Ombudsman scheme?
