Why did PayPal remove the verify refund page before the refund is completed. If you make a partial refund which is quite common the amount has to be changed. If you make a mistake or put it in the wrong area you refund the full amount automatically. Once it's done there is no canceling the transaction.
I like less pages to have to click thru but to remove such an important feature has caused me a great deal of financial loss.
