I JUST WANT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO "JACOB" WHO WAS MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I CALLED THE PAYPAL BUSINESS MASTERCARD LINE TO FILE A DISPUTE ON A "DOUBLE CHARGE" THAT WAS MADE BY THE MERCHANT AND REQUESTED TO FILE A NEW DISPUTE OR ESCALATE IT TO A CLAIM. HE WENT PULLED UP THE TRANSACTIONS AND NOT ONLY RESOLVED MY ISSUE BUT, ALSO CREDITED ME BACK WHAT WAS OWED TO ME ON LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. (AND RESOLVED MY ISSUE IN NO TIME. I FOUND THIS TO BE AMAZING BECAUSE OTHER BUSINESSES USUALLY TAKE A WHILE TO CREDIT YOU BACK OR GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR PURCHASES.) ON TOP OF THIS, I FIND THAT THE NEW UPDATES THAT PAYPAL HAS, BENEFITS ALL BUSINESSES WORLDWIDE TO DUE TO THE ONLINE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BUT ALSO COVERS ALL YOUR PURCHASES 100% WHILE YOU HAVE A OPEN DISPUTE OR CLAIM! WAY TO GO PAYPAL, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. MOST ESPECIALLY, TO "JACOB" FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

it's nice for him so (the paypal customer advisor)
on the other hand, capital letters, what a horror to read.

 

capital letters on the forums are often equated with cries, screams. anger

( and not joy, or being happy )
