Paypal my cash error code 203

So I guess paypal my cash whole system is down cause it won't let me load up my card ... can customer service please help!!!

I am getting this same error code... Customer service in the my cash department are very rude. They told me i needed the serial number. Im like i dont have the card my family in Georgia bought it for me and I live in Ohio and getting a hold of them is not very easy. The lady was like well I am sorry can't do anything without the serial number.... So Annoying! Can't even give me any information about what the code even means... What the heck is wrong with these people!

5 days now, sent documents they requested 4 days ago still same thing and no reponse - unbelievable. Anyone opening class action suit for this? im in because this absolutely unacceptable

I had 2 that worked at 1 am last night that I've been trying since Saturday.  Had another that didn't work at noon today, but did work a couple of hours later, and another that still will not load  It seems to be hit and miss.  Shoddy customer service on PayPal's side.  Seems it should be criminal.

well i can just sit here and spam my card 27/7 to hit that mmark when its working. this is not the way it should be

I now have to write a letter stating why I want a refund if I want my money back.That is another 2 weekis without my money if then! So because of all this I had lost my electric and my child and I have gone without food. Are there any attorneys on here that can help us? Most of these people are willing to let it slide if they get their money. I am not after all this! Glad I kept a record and there are recordings! That was my only money I had for 2 weeks and you really messed up this time Paypal. I will be filing a lawsuit one way or another! That was the final straw. What is really bad is you weren't going to tell me I had to send a letter. You told me I would have my money in 24-48 hours and while I patiently waited......it wasn't happening! Thank god I called or I would never known!

ok so i waited 6 days after sending requested documents. Called them again today and the guy on the phone told me that they received the documents but they were told that my account is fraudulent!!! lol what????? thats why im getting error 203! THey said i need to get local police to call them directly!! wtf is going on? they making stuff up now? Im calling paypal directly now to figure out whats going on and ask them if there is anything wrong with my account because right now im online and can make purchaces and there are no limitations

Why don't you stop it with your false threats bud. If you are going to do it, there is no need to post it on a paypal cumminity support form.  Just do it.
