Paypal my cash error code 203

So I guess paypal my cash whole system is down cause it won't let me load up my card ... can customer service please help!!!

Day 11 here. No response from paypal and card still is not working.

Been stuck for 2 to 3 weeks already! Did everything they requested and still nothing this is a load of bs already. Effecting my day to day living now had to barrow money to complete my rent n barrow a credit card to pay my rent and bills cuz I couldn't load my cash money card! If anyone opening a lawsuit let me know plz because this is bs

just tried to load a 500.00 mycash card to my account. Received the same 203 error everyone else has. I dont understand how they are still selling these cards even though they wont allow you to upload them to your account. Its straight up robbery. Someone needs to contact CNN and alert them. Been using paypal for over 5 years im done with this piece of **bleep** garbage company. Scumbags have zero customer service and 90% of transactions are disputed and **bleep** near recovered. **bleep** you paypal

The 203 error code means that during activation, the card was electronically activated but the pin number was not. I got an informed representative during one of the several times I called. They don't want to tell you its their fault . Also this is NOT PayPal. This is a 3rd party company with very poor customer service. When the money is transferred, then PayPal covers you but can't help until then.This 3rd party process is total BS &and can take up to 3 business days to resolve. Meanwhile you're out your money. They ask for you to email a copy of your ID & and receipt. I no longer recommend using this service. PayPal is safe but this transfer is not associated with PayPal at all. Its a 3rd party transfer. You are taking a chance.i hope this helps someone out there.

I wanted to post again hoping it would help someone out who is going through this BS. On Saturday I submitted an email that contained my drivers license and a copy of the receipt and this morning which is Monday, I received an email from this 3rd party support that the issue was fixed & I could now load my cards. The 203 error code has been confirmed by 2 representatives to mean that the card was activated during checkout but the pin that you scratch off did not successfully activate. Unfortunately there is nothing PayPal can do its all on this 3rd party's support team. I tried my card again and it did go through. So I suggest anyone with a 203 error code to call the number on the number on the back, and submit the info right away so they can get on it. Make note that the support team is not available on weekends. I hope this helps.

So if you buy more cards now you won't get the same error right? I don't want to keep buying more then have the 203 error code come again.

All the cards in the stores are still vulnerable to this problem!!!!!

InComm/PP have no way to remove the cards from every store in America overnight.  

PayPal must send out alerts for stores to stop loading the My Cash Cards.  But getting the stores to actually do it will depend on ......  The manager getting the message, going out to their 'card kiosk' and taking down every My Cash Card hanging there.   Now imagine that going on in every store across America!  

And of course there are some stores that won't even see the memo so they'll keep allowing them to load until PayPal cancels the entire program (if they haven't already) so that the cards no longer load at all.

Anyway, that's MY thinking.
