Hello dear PayPal. I want to complain about your support in Russia! It's a nightmare and horror. They are a disgrace to the very PayPal. I haven't been able to add a tracking number to a received payment for more than a month. More than two weeks I created an application to solve this problem. I still do not answer and can not help. Apparently experts from Russia do not know how PayPal works? I ask you to help that they solved a problem. Hope on Your lowering and authority! Thank you! Andrey.
