Just received an email from the CEO of PayPal Dan Schulman and it seemed to ramble on about helping people who may be struggling in times like these. If PayPal really wants to help, maybe PayPal can help by waiving fees for purchases during these hard times. Just an opinion from a small business owner who makes custom products who recently found out that PayPal doesn’t stand behind companies like mine so I’ve taken most of my business elsewhere and only use PayPal for small transactions. Would love to use PayPal once again for all of my transactions but can’t fathom giving them the fees we gave them over the last years any longer.
