Scammers are using paypal during Covid 19

If you dispute a paypal transaction during Covid19, you are out of luck as paypal closed contact and resolution center is not monitored. I'm a loyal paypal user but will probably use other method for now as the payment protection is in limbo.

I was also scammed and will be using other payment methods as they would not resolve the issue
