I am a bit dissapointed with paypal as I understand from reading the last "supposed solutions" to an enquiry about exchange rates, is in fact not a solution at all for the individual but only for the business sector. We "wee" folk have been pushed aside and out of the way, well if someone can find me a solution without taking me around the world and back you have my deep appreciation.
