I have been noticing a small amount of cash being taking fom my bank on a regular basis as it was only £3.96 i have taken my time to investigate where it was going, but its showing up as 'PNPC Intenational Ltd' and its a direct debit payment to paypal its not a charge for buying anything as i havent used my paypal account recently to purchase anything, does anyone know if this is paypal taking it o a company when i googled the pnpc the top search brung me to this site. Im wondering if you get charged ftom paypal for just signing up to use the service, as i thought you only paid a small amount when you made a purchase.
