Having 2 paypal accounts

We are a small company with 2 different websites.  It's not always easy managing the money coming in and out and the fees applicable thereto.

I would really like to have 2 different paypal accounts, just to make managing the sales and refunds a little better is this possible?

Yes, it's possible to have two PayPal Business Accounts, the catch is you would need two different bank accounts.

Although I probably worry, would I get double fees or charges of any kind?

Your PayPal fees would be the same regardless of which site the sales come from.  As for the additional bank account, that may add an additional cost.
