Hello ALL!
Okay, paypal account has funds. Can i tranfer the funds to a card?
How do I do that?
Also, the card is paypal prepaid but it belongs to my brother. Can this be done or is it not authorized?

You can't withdraw to a card in Canada, only to a linked bank account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
