debited problem

Hello,
I notice a problem with my Paypal account. They are asking me to refund 90.82€ to my Paypal account even though this amount has already been debited from my bank account. What can I do to remedy the problem?

hello @tom_nicolas , your question concerns a negative balance, and therefore a first bank rejection from your bank, it seems.

in this case, paypal raises a second debit on your bank, within 2 to 5 days.

if the second time, your bank pays the debit, your paypal account will be updated, within about 10 days.
