i sold an item on ebay and buyer paid for it...
Now the buyer is telling me he just moved and paypal has the wrong address and wants it shipped somewhere else
I know if I send it to the different address I am not covered so I told him he needs to have paypal update his address..
he claims he did this but the old address still pops up under the paypal description.
How do I know when he has updated his address? Will it show on my end or just on his future transactions?
Should I even ship it?
