I don't get eChecks often, but each and every time, the CLEARED eCheck notification never arrives. Gee I have only been reporting this issue since APRIL 2009. Is there no one at PayPal that can fix this problem?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
