One way to do it is:
Under the "My Account" tab
Locate "History"
Locate "Download History"
Pick a date range
Select a "File Types for Download"
I use "Comma Delimited - All Activity"
Select the "Download History" Button,
They'll send you an email when your log file is ready for download for a really big file it might take up to 24 hours but usually it's only a few minutes to half an hour.
Download that file and import it into a spreadsheet, something like MS/Excel.
