Paypal Shipping not working?

For the last 2 days have not been able to print a label, tried multi-ship, clear cache etc. Just says sorry paypal shipping is not available, sorry for your inconvenience.  Is this widespread or on my end?

I'm having the exact same problem with shipping and no response or feedback from PayPal. It's very frustrating and disappointing.

I am having the same problem.  I though is with my computer but now I find out other people are having the same problem.  I hope they fix it quickly because I have packages to mail out.

I found this happening to me tonight...   Needed to ship 4 things...  only one of them won't print and says paypal shipping is not available.....   It's also the only package that doesn't have a confirmed shipping address...   I'm thinking that's the reason...

Hello Paypal,

I have tried printing a shipping label 5 times already.  Even went into UPS and ensured my contact info is correct.

To no avail.  This function is not working.

I too had problems with the paypal shipping labels. My printer was working fine, every time I got to the end, an error report came up saying that I was using an outdated version of Paypal, and it said that this usually happens when using a bookmark.  Nope. Didnt use a bookmark, stayed strickly on web page with paypal, and also said that their security certificates were expired. Now I have shipped the item by USPS, but I physically took it to the Post office, sent it priority mail (2-3 days) and it went Certified Mail. My auction ended on Feb. 10, Thurs., 2011, and I shipped item out same day. When I tracked with USPS, it said that they tried to deliver twice to the buyer on Feb. 12, Sat., 2011. Today is monday, Feb. 14, item is still sitting at Post Office.Buyer said he will pick it up at post office tomorrow, Tues. Feb.15, 2011. Meanwhile, I am a new seller with 380.00 pending because the buyer was not at home all afternoon the day it arrived in Chicago. I am in Las Vegas. I need this money. What next community forum?????

Me again, I also have an email from the buyer stating that yes, he received the notice from the postal carrier, and that he will pick it up tomorrow night. So here I sit, and unbeknownst to him, me,a new seller,he did not understand why I did not have my money. He said," I checked my transaction history/details, and it said that the transaction is complete. Does this buyer know to give feedback. As a new seller, I did not know to give feedback. So if he doesn't give feedback, i have to wait the 21 days before I receive payment? If this is the case, I will not use paypal again, ever.
