My first sale on ebay, already a mess. Yea, why does the buyer get the first say? I am the one who is risking everything. the money and the item. I am not a happy camper. The shipping on paypal broke, I physically went to Post Office and sent item Priority Mail and Certified mail, I sent a copy of the reciepts to buyer. Checked tracking, the post office tried to deliver twice on Sat. feb. 12, 2011. Buyer sends email, I will pick up at post office tomorrow night. He said that when he checked the transaction, it declared it was complete. Does he know I am a first time seller?  Does he know that he needs to give some feedback on my dealings with him, so that I may get my money.  I am disabled, and I need that money now. The buyer has the receipt to pick up the package...I have nothing. Lawsuit time, When I signed up with ebay and paypal, it did not state that the buyer would have to give feedback so that I could get paid. That should be in BIG, BOLD LETTERS AND UNDERLINED, THAT UNTIL YOU ARE ESTABLISHED AS AN HONEST SELLER AND SHIPPER, YOU MUST WAIT 21 DAYS TO BE PAID. ... View more

Me again, I also have an email from the buyer stating that yes, he received the notice from the postal carrier, and that he will pick it up tomorrow night. So here I sit, and unbeknownst to him, me,a new seller,he did not understand why I did not have my money. He said," I checked my transaction history/details, and it said that the transaction is complete. Does this buyer know to give feedback. As a new seller, I did not know to give feedback. I too had problems with the paypal shipping labels. My printer was working fine, every time I got to the end, an error report came up saying that I was using an outdated version of Paypal, and it said that this usually happens when using a bookmark.  Nope. Didnt use a bookmark, stayed strickly on web page with paypal, and also said that their security certificates were expired. Now I have shipped the item by USPS, but I physically took it to the Post office, sent it priority mail (2-3 days) and it went Certified Mail. My auction ended on Feb. 10, Thurs., 2011, and I shipped item out same day. When I tracked with USPS, it said that they tried to deliver twice to the buyer on Feb. 12, Sat., 2011. Today is monday, Feb. 14, item is still sitting at Post Office.Buyer said he will pick it up at post office tomorrow, Tues. Feb.15, 2011. Meanwhile, I am a new seller with 380.00 pending because the buyer was not at home all afternoon the day it arrived in Chicago. I am in Las Vegas. I need this money.
