My "avaiable balance" will not cover my shippiing expenses.
Is there any way to change my settings so I can pay for my shipping with a CC?
They always let me buy stuff when I don't have enought "available balance". They take my available balance out then put the rest on a credit card........anyway this approach can be set up for shipping charges??
I hate the 21 day hold

I have the same problem. I am trying to create a UPS shipping label with no funds in my account. I have done so many times before. The money is taken out of my bank account or, alternatively, I can choose to pay by credit card. So I don't know why PayPal won't let me print the label.

I got a response from PayPal customer service. They said that we can only use funds in a PayPal account to pay for UPS shipping. We can use bank account or credit card to pay for USPS shipping.

You guys can read my topic I just posted about this. This is ridiculous and must have been a recent change. It didn't work like this 6 months ago.
