Paying $4.75 for Commercial USPS Flat Rate Envelope

Hi All,

I just read on the USPS website that the Commercial Rate for the Flat Rate Priority Envelopes is supposed to be $4.70. Well, guess what. I've been paying $4.75. Every time. And I use these for just about everything I ship out. So, 5 cents extra every single time... that adds up. This is not due to some price change at the beginning of 2011 either.

All I have to say is this: I feel cheated, and I would appreciate it very much if Paypal would kindly refund the overages I've been paying for the flat rate envelopes.

Anyone else paying that extra 5 cents... ?

Thanks

That USPS page has incorrect information.  The USPS Postage Price Calculator displays $4.95 as the post office price and $4.75 as the online price...  here's the link to a price calculation I just completed...
