Hi All, I just read on the USPS website that the Commercial Rate for the Flat Rate Priority Envelopes is supposed to be $4.70. Well, guess what. I've been paying $4.75. Every time. And I use these for just about everything I ship out. So, 5 cents extra every single time... that adds up.
