Nice book title, right? Does such a thing exist? Does PayPal offer "help" in the form of a PDF manual for merchant services? I find the online help quite convoluted.
There *used* to be a downloadable "User Guide" in PDF format, and a recent canned formletter I received from paypal mentioned it but I cannot locate the dang thing at all.
Maybe if I search through some old hard drives from years past I can find an old one... or perhaps someone from PayPal will have mercy on us poor slobs & perhaps post a link to it again.
