There's another post on this forum but the issue wasn't resolved.
I'm an Australian PayPal Business Account holder. Whenever I click 'Merchant Services' when logged in, I am redirected to what seems to be a non-account front-page.
This problem has existed for months for me, but I hoped it would fix itself. I've accessed the Button Factory by typing it directly into the URL but I need the other services.
Please advise on possibilities as to why I can't access them - thanking you in advance! 🙂
