I had a family emergency and wanted to send out my ebay packages before I left as i didn't know how long I would be gone. My printer malfunctioned and the labels came out very faint. I mailed them in hopes that USPS could scan them. They couldn't and returned the packages. How do I cancel the shipping transactions or be able to print new labels. It says I can't print any more labels. Somewhere it says to go to order details, but I dont' see where I can make changes. Thanks, Randy
